Target customers: Suppliers, Distributors, Drivers

We will create a system that will provide services to all the stakeholders in Supply Chain Finance, including financial institutions, suppliers, clients and drivers, who can be benefited. 

The system has a wide variety of functions that are necessary for the delivery process, including delivery activities tracking, logistic records, and a dashboard that gathers and shows all related documents.

All the data is synchronized to a blockchain system at the same time, each stakeholder keeps a copy of the secured ledger in their own place. This can maintain the integrity of data, and make the records non-repudiation.

1. Purchase Order Management

  • A shared system that can create, and view the order detail with other stakeholders
  • Search and sort from the existing purchase orders

2. Delivery Note Management

  • A shared system that can create, and view the delivery notes in detail with other stakeholders
  • View the delivery status, quantity of the delivery notes
  • View the remaining quantity that is not created

3. Document Management

  • A shared system that can view and upload the new and updated documents
  • A shared system can download and view the documents without the internet

4. Driver Management

  • Generate a suggested route for the delivery
  • Record of the driver’s current delivery route
  • Real-time tracking of the driver’s movement, with driver’s location history, estimated and the actual time arrived at checkpoints
  • Details of the drivers, including the delivery schedules of each driver
  • Schedule of the upcoming delivery and its detailed information.
  • Allow drivers to report the problem they have faced during the delivery

5. Blockchain Centre

  • Store, view and download records from blockchain
    • Order detail, delivery notes, delivery statuses and documents
  • Enough Security to ensure the system can prevent unauthorised access and modification
